Dusk Sentinels

This painting of duck lake, near the Kelowna airport, is a 36” x 48” oil 
on a deep cradled panel. For decades, I have loved driving past this lake. It has a pastoral beauty that I can’t describe. Only recently have I decided to paint it as a subject, and this highly textural painting is my first attempt at it. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I did creating it.
